The Fethiye to Marmaris blue cruise is a relaxed four-day, three-night voyage for couples and friends who want swimming, quiet bays and little else on the agenda. You meet the boat in Fethiye harbour at 09:00 on a Wednesday and sail west through the Göcek bays towards Marmaris, where the cruise ends after breakfast on Day 4.
The route links some of the best-known anchorages of the Gulf of Göcek: the shallow, warm water around the Yassıca Islands, Bedri Rahmi Bay with Lycian ruins hidden among the trees, Sarsala Bay and Ağa Limanı, where you spend the second night. On Day 3 the gulet crosses to Kumlubük Bay, one of the longest stretches of beach on the peninsula, stops at Cennet Island for afternoon tea and reaches Marmaris harbour at 16:00. That last night is spent in port, so you can go into town for dinner, shopping and the nightlife.
This cruise is sailed on a premium-class gulet with a group of 12 to 20 guests and tends to attract a quieter crowd. Cabins are double or twin, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning; there are no shared or triple cabins, so solo travellers book a cabin with a single supplement. Children under 10 cannot join.

Join the group at Fethiye harbour at 09:00; breakfast is in Fethiye. The gulet then threads its way through the islands to the Yassıca Islands, where the warm, shallow water is ideal for a swim before lunch. Later you cruise to one of the bays of the Gulf of Göcek to watch the sunset and moor there for the night. Meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, fruit and dinner.
The morning is spent in Bedri Rahmi Bay, named after the Turkish artist Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu. Swim in the clear water or swim to the small beach and look for the Lycian ruins among the trees. The gulet moves on to Sarsala Bay for another swim and afternoon tea, then to Ağa Limanı, where dinner is served and you stay overnight. Meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, fruit and dinner.
After breakfast the gulet sails early to Kumlubük Bay, one of the longest beaches on the peninsula. The morning is yours for swimming, sunbathing or building sandcastles, and lunch is served here. Back on board you head to Cennet Island for five o'clock tea, then arrive at Marmaris harbour at 16:00. The last night is spent in port: dinner is not served on board, so you can eat in the town centre and explore the shops and nightlife. Meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and fruit.
