This Bodrum Gökova blue cruise is a shared gulet trip that suits adults and families with children aged 10 or over who want a full week in one of the quietest gulfs on the Aegean coast: you board in Bodrum on Saturday afternoon, sail around the Gulf of Gökova for eight days and seven nights and return to Bodrum. The first and last nights are spent in Bodrum harbour, the others at anchor in bays.
The route visits Orak Island and its lighthouse, the fishing village of Çökertme, the Seven Islands with Küfre Bay and Uzun Liman, Sedir Island with the ruins of ancient Cedrae and Cleopatra Beach, the pine-fringed Longoz Bay, Tuzla Bay, Kargılı at the foot of a large mountain and the Byzantine ruins at Kissebükü. On the way back you can join an optional visit to a village near Yalıçiftlik known for its handicrafts.
You sleep in a private air-conditioned cabin with its own bathroom on a premium class gulet. Days are for swimming, snorkelling, fishing or reading on deck; there is no tour guide on board.

Board the gulet in Bodrum harbour at around 16:30 for a welcome drink, a short briefing from the captain and a chance to meet the other guests. The rest of the evening is free to walk through the narrow streets of the old town. If everyone has arrived before 18:00 the boat anchors for dinner in the nearest bay; otherwise it stays in Bodrum port overnight. Dinner is served on board; guests arriving after 21:30 receive a simple meal box.
After breakfast the gulet leaves Bodrum for Orak Island, where you can swim in clear water and visit a lighthouse. Lunch is served here before the boat continues to Çökertme Bay. Dinner and the night are spent near this small fishing village.
An early sail before breakfast takes you to the Seven Islands. The first stop is Küfre Bay, followed by Uzun Liman (Long Harbour). In the evening the gulet sails to Ayında Bay for dinner and the night.
In the morning you reach Sedir Island, site of ancient Cedrae. Go ashore to see the ruins and swim at Cleopatra Beach, whose golden sand, legend says, was brought from Africa for Cleopatra. There is also a tiny beach and Byzantine remains. In the afternoon the boat anchors at Karacasöğüt.
Start with a morning swim. After breakfast the gulet moves to Longoz Bay, surrounded by pine forest, and stays at anchor there for lunch. It then sails on to Tuzla Bay for more swimming in turquoise water, with dinner and the night at anchor.
Early in the day you cross to the northern side of the gulf for lunch and a swim at Kargılı, a small bay below a large mountain. In the afternoon the gulet anchors at Kissebükü, where Byzantine ruins on the coast can be visited. Dinner and the night are spent in the bay.
A slow start with breakfast and a swim, then the gulet sails to Pabuç and Yalıçiftlik, where you can join an optional tour of a village known for its handicrafts. On the way back to Bodrum there are several swim stops in small bays. The last night is in Bodrum port; dinner is not served on board, so the evening is free to explore Bodrum's nightlife or relax on the boat.
After breakfast the cruise ends in Bodrum by 10:00, and it is time to say goodbye to the crew and your fellow guests.
