In Cappadocia, marvel at the surreal landscape of fairy chimneys, cave dwellings, and valleys carved by time. Start your day with the breathtaking experience of soaring above the region in a hot air balloon at sunrise, watching the sky fill with color. Explore underground cities that once sheltered ancient communities, and admire the stunning frescoes and rock-cut churches at the famous Göreme Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Your adventure continues in Konya, the city of the great Sufi mystic Rumi. Visit the Mevlana Museum, an important spiritual site, and gain insight into Turkey’s rich religious traditions. In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Whirling Dervish ceremony, an unforgettable performance that connects spirituality with art.
This 3-day tour combines cultural discovery, spiritual heritage, and natural beauty, offering a once-in-a-lifetime glimpse into the heart of Turkey.
Your day begins early with a 5:00 AM pick-up from your hotel and transfer to the airport for your 7:00 AM flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to our office in Göreme town. At 9:30 AM, your guided Southern Cappadocia tour will commence. You will explore the fascinating Underground City of Derinkuyu, followed by a peaceful walk through the scenic Ihlara Valley. Lunch will be served at a charming riverside restaurant, offering a relaxing break with beautiful surroundings. Afterward, the tour continues to Selime Monastery, an impressive rock-cut complex, and then to Pigeon Valley, where you can enjoy breathtaking views and excellent photo opportunities. At the conclusion of the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cappadocia, with the evening free for you to relax and explore at your leisure.
If you opt for the Hot Air Balloon Ride, you will be picked up from your hotel at 5:30 AM and transferred to the launch site. The balloon flight lasts approximately one hour, concluding around 7:30 AM, after which you will return to your hotel for breakfast and some rest. At 9:30 AM, your Northern Cappadocia tour begins. Your first stop is a panoramic viewpoint overlooking Göreme, where you will admire Uçhisar Castle. Next, you will visit the Göreme Open-Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage site famed for its ancient rock-cut churches and frescoes. Lunch will be served in the charming town of Avanos, where you will also experience a traditional kick-wheel pottery demonstration and have the opportunity to try your hand at this ancient craft. On the return journey, you will pause at several scenic photo spots, including the village of Çavuşin, the animal-shaped rock formations of Devrent Valley, the mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys of Paşabağ (Monks Valley), and St. Simeon’s monk cell. After the tour, you will be transferred to the bus station for a scenic three-hour journey to Konya. Upon arrival, you will be taken to your hotel in the city center, where you can enjoy free time and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel at 9:00 AM to begin a full-day tour of Konya and Çatalhöyük. Your tour includes a visit to Konya’s city center, where you will explore the Mevlana Museum and Mausoleum, dedicated to the famous poet and mystic Rumi. You will also see the impressive Selimiye Mosque and enjoy a panoramic city tour. Lunch will be served at an authentic Turkish restaurant, offering a taste of local cuisine. After lunch, you will have some free time to explore Konya independently before being transferred to Konya Airport for your one-hour flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival, our team will welcome you at the airport with a personalized sign and provide a comfortable transfer to your hotel, completing your seamless travel experience.
