At 5:30 AM, you will be picked up from your hotel in Antalya and transferred to the airport for an 8:00 AM flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival, you will be taken to our office in Göreme town before embarking on the Southern Cappadocia Tour at 10 AM. The tour begins with a visit to the fascinating Derinkuyu Underground City, followed by a scenic walk through the Rose Valley and Red Valley, where you will discover stunning rock formations and enjoy breathtaking views. Afterward, you will have a riverside lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, the journey continues with a visit to Pigeon Valley, offering excellent photo opportunities of the unique landscapes. The tour concludes with a visit to Cappadocia’s famous pottery workshops, where you will learn about traditional ceramic-making techniques and even gain hands-on experience before being transferred to your hotel for an evening at leisure.
If you choose the optional Hot Air Balloon Ride, you will be picked up from your hotel at 5:30 AM and transferred to the balloon departure site. The flight lasts about one hour, concluding around 7:30 AM, after which you will return to your hotel for breakfast and some relaxation. At 10 AM, your guide will collect you for the Northern Cappadocia tour, starting with a panoramic viewpoint overlooking Goreme and Uchisar Castle. The tour continues to the UNESCO-listed Goreme Open Air Museum, followed by lunch in the charming town of Avanos. Here, you will witness a traditional kick-wheel pottery demonstration and have the opportunity to try your hand at pottery making. On the return journey, the tour includes stops at several photo-worthy locations such as Cavusin Village, the animal-shaped rock formations in Devrent Valley, the unique fairy chimneys of Pasabag (Monks Valley), and St. Simeon’s monk cell. At the end of the day, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Antalya or Istanbul. Upon arrival, a representative will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel for a comfortable stay.
