Murat Cahid Cng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Erciyes A, stated that while the 2022–2023 ski season began with snowfall in Erciyes, we would aim to host 3 million visitors in Erciyes with a 20 percent increase this year. The ski season has begun in Erciyes, one of Turkey’s most significant ski resorts, thanks to recent snowfall that has had an even greater impact. Skiers enjoyed skiing on the slopes on the first day of the season, taking advantage of the lovely weather.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Erciyes A, Murat Cahid Cng, stated that we have finally arrived at the day we have been eagerly anticipating for weeks. We began our season with the effects of the most recent snowfall in the region. Ski enthusiasts started visiting Erciyes yesterday. We are preparing a full, active, thrilling, and dynamic Erciyes season for the 2023 season, which we will adorn with top-notch events.

We worked on it and gave it a lot of attention throughout the summer. We are concerned about how to make the visitors who come to our Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality satisfied. We kept up with our ongoing domestic and international marketing efforts without pausing. Murat Cahid Cıngı said:
“We increase the number of both skiers and daily skiers at significant rates every year. In total, we receive over 2 million visitors. This year, God willing, we aimed for 3 million. We will strive to host our guests coming from Kayseri center, surrounding provinces and domestic and international points in Erciyes with at least 20 percent increase this year.”
Naturally, the beginning and end of the season depend on the weather throughout the year, but it often starts in November and lasts until the end of March. The snowiest months are January and February, with a base of about 2 metres at the height of the season.
While lodging on Mount Erciyes itself is an option, getting close to the resort has a cost. Staying in nearby Kayseri town, which is about 30-45 minutes from the resort by shuttle or vehicle, is a more economical choice.
