Day 1
At 10 a.m., you will be picked up from your Fethiye hotel and driven to Fethiye harbor, where your cruise will begin. The boat will arrive in Samanlik Bay around 12 p.m. for swimming and lunch. Depending on the sea conditions, you may have lunch at Butterfly Valley. You can swim or visit the nature center while you’re here. If the season is good, you can observe 136 different types of butterflies and moths. After that, you’ll take a boat to Oludeniz (The Blue Lagoon), where you can go paragliding. The last stop of the day will be on St.Nicholas Island. You’ll have lots of opportunities to swim during the numerous pauses.
Day 2
You will be in Frnaz Bay when you wake up. Before the boat leaves for Kas, you will have free time to swim after breakfast. You’ll have lunch in Kas harbor and tour the lovely fishing community. Only Lycian rock tombs, sarcophagi, and the Roman theater remain of the ancient city Antiphellos, as Kas was formerly known; yet, the town’s beauty survives! You’ll stop in a bay near Kekova for swimming and dinner after leaving Kas.
Day 3
On the 3rd day of the blue cruise, the boat will leave early in the morning towards the Sunken City of Kekova. The only way to see this Lycian-Roman archaeological site is from above the river because it is protected. You will eat lunch after viewing the site. From there, you’ll travel to Simena, a historic Turkish fishing village that isn’t accessible by automobile. A Byzantine and Ottoman castle once stood here. Optional water sports are offered in Gokkaya Bay. Dinner and leisure at the pirates’ haven, or a night of partying in the Smugglers’ Inn.
Day 4
After breakfast of the last day of the blue cruise, we’ll take a peek at the Pirates Cave (if the weather permits) before sailing to Andriace. A bus will take you to Myra’s archeological site and to Demre’s St. Nicholas Church from there. When your organization requests it, shopping and banking are also available. The blue Cruise program comes to a close here. You will be transferred back to Olympos Tree Houses or left off at the bus terminal, depending on your schedule.
