1. INTRODUCTION
Travel Store Ltd., also known as Travel Store Turkey, is a Class A licensed travel agent, registered as a Member of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies. These Booking Conditions apply to the person making the booking (“the customer”) and all other persons on whose behalf the booking is made. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through Travel Store Turkey. A deposit paid for a tour provided by Travel Store Turkey is taken to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Travel Store Turkey acts as an agent on behalf of all of the suppliers (including airlines, tour and cruise operators, car hirers and accommodation providers) in your booking. The customer is contracting with Travel Store Turkey for the provision of certain services. In almost all cases, the services will be provided by 3rd party suppliers. Any terms and conditions applied by those suppliers also apply to your booking. Copies are available upon request.
Any customer making a booking must be at least 18 years of age and must be authorised to make the booking on behalf of the members of the party.
2. DEFINITIONS

The customer – a person or persons who pays Travel Store Turkey for travel services, accommodation, transport, or tours.

The tour – any package of services provided by Travel Store Turkey as an agent for its suppliers.

The tour commencement – the date on which the first Travel Store Turkey service is to be provided.

Suppliers – 3rd parties providing tourism services to Travel Store Turkey customers.
3. CONTRACT
A contract exists once Travel Store Turkey issues a receipt for the customer’s deposit or full payment. The supplier’s terms also apply. Once the contract is made, the suppliers are responsible for providing the booked services.
4. AGENCY
Travel Store Turkey acts as a travel agent, arranging services on behalf of suppliers. Remedies for service issues lie with the suppliers. Travel Store Turkey will act in good faith to resolve disputes but is not liable for supplier failures.
5. PRICES
Prices are based on supplier information. Any change in price before final payment will be notified.
6. AIRFARES & CONDITIONS
Airfares may have strict amendment and cancellation rules. The customer must provide accurate details as per passport.
7. AIRLINE TAXES & FUEL SURCHARGES
Government taxes and airline fuel surcharges may change without notice and will be passed on.
8. AIRLINE E-TICKETS
Flights are usually issued as e-tickets; passengers must present photo ID at check-in.
9. AIRLINE SCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS
Flight schedules may change. Travel Store Turkey will inform customers when possible but is not liable for delays or cancellations.
10. PAYMENTS

Non-payment may result in cancellation and loss of deposit

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer

Customer pays bank fees for international transfers
11. AGENT COMMISSIONS
Travel Store Turkey may contract with other travel agencies, setting commission structures accordingly.
12. CANCELLATION FEES

Free Cancellation (Up to 24 Hours Before Tour Start): Full refund (excluding unrecoverable 3rd-party fees).

Late Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours): 100% fee forfeited (except force majeure).

Partial Cancellation in Group Bookings: May be treated as a full group cancellation if shared services are affected.
13. AMENDMENTS

Minor changes 24 hours before start: free, subject to availability

Significant changes (3+ days of itinerary): €100 fee

Changes affecting 5+ days may be treated as cancellation

Any non-refundable costs from suppliers will be charged
14. LIABILITIES
Travel Store Turkey is not liable for cancellations due to illness, natural disaster, terrorism, etc. Liability rests with suppliers unless due to Travel Store Turkey’s negligence. Customers are advised to have travel insurance.
15. INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

Included: tolls, fuel, parking, standard breakfasts, arrival & departure transfers, tips (optional)

Excluded: early/late checkouts, visas, international flights, minibar, extra meals/drinks, personal expenses, travel insurance (unless required by law)
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Travel Store Turkey is not liable for events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, political events).
17. PASSPORT & VISAS
The customer must hold a valid passport (6 months validity after return) and obtain necessary visas.
18. SPECIAL NEEDS OR REQUIREMENTS
Must be declared before booking. Special dietary needs must be advised 21+ days before tour start.
19. DISPUTES
Complaints should be reported immediately to Travel Store Turkey during the tour. Written complaints must be submitted within 28 days after the tour ends.
